How to reach the venue from Brussels-Zaventem Airport
Public transport:
The Hilton Brussels Grand-Place is located less than 100 metres away from Brussels-Central train station. It is right in front of the station, across the square from the main entrance. The train ride from/to Brussels-Zaventem airport takes approximately 25 minutes to Brussels-Central station. There are direct trains every 15 minutes in both directions. Train platforms are located on Level -1 at the airport.

Please be advised that for journeys from/to the airport, there is an additional cost to your train ticket called the ‘Diabolo fee’ which is a supplement of €6.70 per single journey (in 1st or 2nd train class). More information here.
Taxi:
Brussels-Zaventem airport is an approximately 30-min drive to/from the Hilton hotel (depending on traffic).
A taxi from the airport to the venue costs around 45 euros.
How to reach the venue from Brussels train stations
Public transport:
There are connecting trains between Brussels-Midi/Zuid International train station and Brussels-Central station every 3 minutes. A direct train ride between the two stations takes approximatively 5 minutes.
If you have a train ticket, it is valid within the whole Brussels zone and can be used between these two train stations.
The Brussels-Central train station is located on metro lines 1 and 5 and is connected to a vast network of other transport services (such as trams and buses).
You can use a contactless MasterCard/Visa card to access the metro/tram platforms or inside the trams or buses. The cost is €2.10.

Taxi from Brussels-Midi/Zuid International Station:
The Hilton is 2 kilometres away from Brussels-Midi/Zuid International train station. It is an approximately 15-minute drive (depending on traffic).
How to find the conference room inside the venue
The Conference room is the Catherine Ballroom located downstairs (first right from the reception) at the level -1.
The Cocktail dinner on the 1st day will take place downstairs in the Elisabeth Ballroom from 18:00 to 20:00.
